Today is all about appreciation. I am very fortunate to have some amazing friends who love me for me. My family is very supportive, I have a roof over my head, and have food in my tummy (sometimes too much). Everyone gets wrapped up into what they DON'T have, and forget about what they do. We have our health, we have our legs, we have our hearts, we have our bodies. Some, don't. I'm not trying to be all Hallmark on you, but really, think about it. We are even fortunate to have a computer so you can read my awesome blogs! So, today please tell at least one person what they mean to you and how grateful you are to have them. A couple words could mean the world to someone. Or a small action. Like picking a rose from THEIR front yard, and giving it to them! hahah, I think I saw that on a tv show one time. But my shout out goes to my very best girl who I actually started talking to when I started writing my blog, she listens to EVERYTHING FROM FOOD to KIDS to EXES. If I wouldn't have started writing my oh so very private feelings here, I wouldn't have found her. So, thanks for everything- LOVE YOU GIRLY! You know who you are.

That's all for today, I'm on vacation next week too- Go ME! Only 8 more days to run a mile every day! I kinda of did some math and I will be receiving about a B+ for my attendance, pretty good. Has anyone else succeeded during lent or a workout challenge? How about P90X, 10 minute workout, or Jillian? I want to know how many days you ACTUALLY committed and when or if you fell off the wagon. Boost my spirits please!
