Gordon w. Wickstrom, 93, of Stephenson, Mich., passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at Roubal Care and Rehab Center. Gordon was born on November 25, 1920, in Fence, Wis. to the late Oden and Eva (Harrison) Wickstrom.
On August 1, 1942, Gordon was inducted into the United States Army Air Force proudly serving his Country during World War II until being honorably discharged on October 6, 1945.  On May 11, 1946, Gordon married the former Merle Lindberg. Merle preceded him in death on March 5, 1971. On October 2, 1976, Gordon married Barbara Macco in Stephenson, Mich. Gordon owned and operated Wickstrom Building Company for many years. He enjoyed hunting, golfing and was an avid sports fan especially of the Green Bay Packers. Gordon was a member of Bethlehem Covenant Church and VFW Post 5966.
  Survivors include his wife, Barbara of Stephenson, Mich.; one daughter, Brenda (Chad) Brandt of Stephenson, Mich.; four sons: David (Joy) Wickstrom of Stephenson, Mich., Jim (Nancy) Wickstrom of Daggett, Mich., Dirk (Donna) Macco and Al (Robin) Macco, both of Stephenson, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lorna Hayes of Wilmer, Minn. Gordon was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
 Family will receive friends at Bethlehem Covenant Church on Saturday, August 23, 2014, after 9 a.m. until time of Military Rites at 10:45 a.m. followed by Funeral Service with Reverend Andrew Stonina and Reverend Mark Johnson officiating.
   Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
