Kent P. Danielson, 74, of Menominee, Mich. passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, Wis. following a brief illness. Kent was born on March 11, 1940 in Menominee, Mich. to the late Walter and Martha (Harkenon) Danielson.
  He was a 1958 graduate of Menominee High School. On July 11, 1970, Kent married the former Sharon Britz in Menominee, Mich.  Kent worked as a truck driver for various companies, retiring from Stang Enterprise in 2002. He enjoyed wintering in Florida for the past five years, Nascar Racing and was a huge Packer fan as a season ticket holder for many years. Kent further enjoyed his camp, deer hunting and four wheeling. Above all else, Kent was very passionate about his grandchildren and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Elks Club, retired Teamster member and friend of the North Shore Church.
    Survivors include his wife,  Sharon, of Menominee, Mich.; two daughters: Karen (Randal) Nelson, of Menominee, Mich. and Coleman, Texas and Lori (Andy) Arentz, of Lakeville, Minn.; son, James Danielson, of DePere, Wis.; son-in-law, Gary Elsner, of DePere, Wis.; seven grandchildren; brother, Ron (Janet) Danielson, of Paris, Tenn. and sister, Janice (Tim) Nagle, of Bloomington, Minn. Kent was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Elsner.
    Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Anderson Kell Funeral Home after 12:00 noon until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m.  Reverend David Christenson officiating.
    Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
