Marjorie G. Hoffmann, 92, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Winchester House in Libertyville. She was born March 20, 1921 in Chicago.
Marjorie lived in Cicero, Ill. for many years and had retired to Crivitz, Wis. She was a former employee of Morton High School and a member of the Women of the Moose in Cicero.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Diane Hoffmann of Gurnee; six grandchildren: Jeff Hoffmann, Rebecca Hoffman, John Findlay, Jay (Liz) Findlay, Joe (Vicky) Findlay, Ty Hoffmann; and several great and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. Hoffmann; by her son, Richard W. Hoffmann; and daughter, Joyce (John) Findlay.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014, at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.) Libertyville. There will be a service during the visitation at 3 p.m. with Father Joseph Curtis, officiating.
