Martha M. Enderby, 95, of Marinette, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at Rennes Health Center-East. She was born on January 15, 1918, in Perkins, Mich. to the late Adrian and Katherine (Oudeans) Konyn.
Martha moved with her family to the Marinette area at an early age. She married Harry Enderby in 1935 and raised five children. Harry passed away in 1970. Martha worked for many years at the Boreal Glove Co. and in later years at Milwaukee Glove Co. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and the Holy Family Altar Society. Martha is fondly remembered by family and friends for her great sense of humor and being just a fun person to be with. She enjoyed cards, feeding her wild birds and taking camping trips with her daughter and family. Mostly she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Martha is survived by two sons: Al (Nancy) and Ron (Donna), both of Marinette; and daughter, Joan (Dale) Squier of Kewaskum, Wis.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Cel Konyn; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry; and one son, Harold, who died in 1968 from injuries related to an auto accident. Also preceding her were four brothers: Buck, Pete, Nick and Lawrence; and four sisters: Sis Enderby, Stella MacFarlane, Gert Shehow and Marian Mull.
