Robert N. Kregel, 71, of Marinette, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Bay Area Medical Center. He was born August 29, 1942 in Marinette to the Late Norman and Mary (Wolcanski) Kregel.
Bob had worked in the
advertising department at Lauerman Brothers. Bob was an avid hunter,
fisherman and Packer Fan. He also enjoyed spending time at the cabin. He was a member of the M & M Racing Pigeon Club, The American Pigeon Club; an honorary member of the Peshtigo Sportsmen's Club and played on a championship pool league team for Jeff's Cactus Bar.
Bob is survived by his significant other, Cindy Tenarvitz; a sister, Monica (Ken) Mittag; a brother, John (Rhonda) Kregel; a sister-in-law, Dianne Kregel; Nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Josie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James; two nephews: Kristopher and John Jr.; and his black lab, Maggie May.
Friends may call at the Thielen Funeral Home in Marinette on Sunday , April 13th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The vigil pray service will begin at 6 p.m.with Deacon Vince Beckley presiding. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, for the repose of the soul of Robert Kregel, at 11 a.m. on Monday at Resurrection Parish in Menominee with Fr. Mark McQueston presiding.
Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
