Rosemary Kolaszewski, 84, of Marinette, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014, at the Luther Home in Marinette. She was born May 22, 1930, in Menominee to John and Margaret (Bartl) Pepper.
 Rosemary spent her early life in Menominee and attended Menominee High School. Rosemary married Joseph Kolaszewski on October 25, 1948. Besides being a homemaker, she was employed for many years by a number of local businesses, working until the age of 80. For several of those years she was a floral designer at local florist shops, including Everard’s and Menominee Floral. During those years her design work was highly regarded and often sought after. Rosemary was also an avid reader, a meticulous home decorator and loved working in her flower garden. Her family was the center of her life.
 Rosemary is survived by five children: Joseph Kolaszewski, Wendy (Fran) Swiatnicki, Cyndy (Gene) Martin, Leo (Trish) Kolaszewski and Nick Kolaszewski; nine grandchildren: Heather, Ryan and Cody Swiatnicki; Peter and Julie Kolaszewski; Hannah Martin; Sam Kolaszewski, Amanda Holman and Joseph Kolaszewski; seven great-grandchildren: Cassidy, Devlin, Nora, Anthony, Skylar, Lilli and Zoe; and three sisters: Anne Parkansky, Penny (Wayne) Kanyuh and Bonnie (Richard) Boucher. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents; and two sisters: Pat Boucher and Peggy Kapitz.
 Friends may call at Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home in Marinette from 9 until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014. A Funeral Mass will be offered at noon on Saturday in Holy Family Parish-Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Taylor St., by the Reverend Joseph Dorner. A luncheon will follow.
  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Menominee.
 Rosemary’s family extends a special thank you to the entire staff of the Luther Home for their care and kindness.
