Susan G. (Radtke) Schueler, 53, of Grover, passed away of natural causes on May 31, 2014, in Green Bay, Wis. Susan was born August 21, 1960, in Marinette, Wis., the daughter of the late Clarence and Lenore Radtke of Grover.
Susan was a kind- hearted, fun-spirited, generous woman who never hesitated to lend a helping hand, a home cooked meal, or shelter to those in need. She was always smiling and laughing, spreading joy and love to every person she met. Susie was a skilled and loving caregiver of her own children and those of others, an occupation that she held for many years. She loved all animals, especially cats. Susie chose to be an organ donor to continue to give love and life even after her death.
Susan is survived by her husband, Roy Schueler; her three children: April Bohling (fiancé, Joe Denny), Matthew Bohling (partner Jolene Podlasek) all of Peshtigo, Wis., and Brooke (Nick) Rohde of Groton, Conn.; nine grandchildren: Hailey, Mason and Wyatt; Miles, Kalin and Taylor; and Joseiha, Malachi and Abel; her four step-children: Trisha (Eric) Akey, Casey (Marshall) Wittman, Gary Schueler and Shayna (Craig) VandenHeuvel; and 10 step-grandchildren: Kaylee, Caden, Jaylyn, Blake, Alyssa, Natalie, Max, Savannah, Hailey and Malerie. Also survived by her siblings: Gary (Mary) Radtke of Grover, David (Renee) Radtke of Peshtigo, Wis., and Linda (Jim) Ganter of Marinette, Wis. Susan was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Janis Radtke.
Susie’s laughter and love will be missed on this earth but will continue to shine on in her family.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a church service to follow at 4 p.m. All who will miss Susie are welcome.
