meeting was called to order in open session by President John LaCourt at 6:00
p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Rose O’Hara, Tom Faller, Charles Rowell, Terri Florek, Judy
Grace, Eric Craver, Mary Bodam, Brian Ceranski, and John LaCourt. Excused:
none. Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Motion to approve the agenda - Motion by: Ceranski, Seconded by: Bodam, Voice
vote: All in favor
Community Propel Award: Mr. Thomas Maxwell, Sr. of Farmers & Merchants
Bank & Trust was presented with a community propel award by Ruth Maguire &
Tamara Smith, Hi-Q Co-Advisors.
Motion to approve the consent resolution agenda. - Motion by: Craver, Seconded
by: Faller. Roll call vote: Ayes: Craver, LaCourt, Ceranski, Florek, Faller, Bodam,

F. Motion to approve cleaning services contract with Accent Specialty Services for
three years (7/1/2020 thru 6/30/2023) at an estimated cost of $664,800 for the

K. Motion to Approve the purchase of a co-curricular vehicle form TMC Ford in
Marinette, WI at at cost $29,648. - Motion by: LaCourt, Seconded by: Faller. Roll
call vote: Ayes:Bodam, O’Hara, Rowell, LaCourt, Ceranski, Florek, Grace, Craver,
and Faller. Nays: none. Motion carried 9:0
L. Motion to approve the individual professional educator compensation adjustment as discussed during the May 19, 2020 closed session. - Motion by: O’Hara,
Seconded by: Grace. Roll call vote: Ayes: Ceranski, Bodam, Faller, Rowell,
LaCourt, Craver, Grace, Florek, and O’Hara. Nays: none Motion carried 9:0
M. Motion to approve the Student Services Assistant Role as presented on page

V. Motion to approve the 2020-21 ACP Guidebook as presented on page 112 of

W. Motion to approve the district-wide compensation increases for all staff members in the amount of 1.81% (CPI) and 0.19% (supplemental) for a total of a 2%
increase for all staff members beginning the 2020-21 school year. - Motion by:
Faller, Seconded by: Craver. Roll call vote: Ayes: Grace, Ceranski, Faller, O’Hara,
Craver, LaCourt, Bodam, and Florek. Nays: none. Abstain: Rowell. Motion carried
