BARK RIVER—Bark River will celebrate 150 years of existence July 2-4 at Township Park in Bark River.

Here are some highlights:

July 2

An all-class reunion will take place from 6 to 11 p.m.. People can register online at the Facebook page, Bark River 150th Anniversary.

A golf outing will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. School tours will be offered.

Music will be provided by the Peltier Brothers.

July 3

The event-filled day will include a cannon shoot, fiddler performance, Great Lakes Timber Show, family games, Polka Band from 2 to 6 p.m., a baseball game at 3:30 p.m. and music by “Oz” from 7 to 10 p.m.

July 4

A parade will start at 11 a.m. Music by Peltier Brothers start at 1 p.m. The afternoon will include family-friendly events, along with food and beverages. The fireworks will take place at dusk.
