Menominee—The M&M Area Community Foundation is looking for nominations for the Young Philanthropist Award.

Students, youth clubs and school organizations residing in Marinette and Menominee counties are eligible for nomination. The volunteer efforts must benefit non-profit organizations as well as the nominees’ school. A student may not be nominated if they have accepted a premium from the charitable organization as a reward for their philanthropic efforts.

The recipient will be given the opportunity to direct a $500 grant to the non-profit of their choice. The award funding is provided by the Youth Field of Interest Endowed Fund and The Stephenson National Bank & Trust Community Fund, both held at the M&M Area Community Foundation.
