MENOMINEE — The local chapter of the Kiwanis Club is sponsoring a 4-person scramble golf tournament at Riverside Golf Course July 22. It is the Marv Mayer Memorial Golf Outing, in honor of Marv’s 50 years of service to the Menominee Kiwanis.

The entry fee is $75 per person, which includes greens fees, cart and a steak dinner. The field will be limited to 18 teams. There will be hole-in-one prizes of $5,000 and $10,000. There will be door prizes and a bucket raffle. Dinner for non-golfers is $20. All profits made from the tournament will go toward MHS Scholarships.

Registration begins 11 a.m., with a shotgun start at noon. Any business or individual may sponsor a hole for $100, or donate an item for the bucket raffle.
