Three students inducted into National Honor Society

The members of North Central High School (NCHS)’s Chapter of the National Honor Society, pictured from left, are: Adviser Brooke Granquist, Ashtyn Smith, Jayden Smith, Luke Gorzinski, Sarah Snyder, Katelyn Whitens, Dominic Naser, Vice President Trenton Naser, Connor Florenski, Secretary Ariel Poupore, Carley Naser, Treasurer Dakota Schwark, Katrina Borucki, President Bryson Mercier and Samantha Burton. In October, three NCHS students were inducted into the National Honor Society. The new members to NHS include early admission sophomores Samantha Burton and Jayden Smith and junior inductee Connor Florenski. In order to be selected as a member of the North Central Chapter of NHS, students need to portray the four pillars of National Honor Society—character, scholarship, leadership and service. Early admission sophomores require a 3.5 GPA while juniors and seniors must maintain a 3.3 GPA.
