“Grief, Loss, and New Traditions During the Holidays” virtual event will be held Dec. 14 by Communities that Care of Marinette & Menominee Counties and UW-Extension Marinette County. The presentation will be held Dec. 14 from noon to 1 p.m.
Stephanie Nault and Kris Ravet will provide meaningful information during an interactive presentation about ways to identify and draw upon sources of strength to better cope with grief and loss. They will also provide resources to support those attending and those they care about and talk about ways to create new and meaningful traditions during the Holiday season.
Feelings of grief and loss can be particularly strong around the holidays, especially now that COVID-19 has added in another layer to our way of life and daily routines, and how people cope with these feelings. Registration is free, and the zoom link will be emailed to the inbox of one’s confirmation email. To register, people may visit https://griefandloss.eventbrite.com. For more information, people may contact Stephanie Nault at 715-732-7519.
