Gary Raminger died on Monday, Sept. 28, 2020. He was born on Jan. 26, 1941, in Menominee, Mich., to Joseph and Margaret (Hendrickson) Raminger.
In 1959, he enlisted in the United States Army, as a RADAR operator. He was also an Honor Guard member who participated in many military funerals. He met Natalie Beland, and they were married on Feb. 21, 1976. Gary enjoyed a variety of occupations in his lifetime.
Gary is survived by his children and grandchildren: daughter, Roberta (husband, David) Eickmeyer of Wallace, Mich., and their children, Nathan Eickmeyer of Wallace and Rachel Eickmeyer of Green Bay; son, Scott Raminger of Menominee, and his children, Ryan Raminger of Peshtigo and Jacob Raminger of Menominee; son, Christopher (wife, Amy) Raminger of Hahira, Ga.; and daughter, Kelly Raminger (fiancé, Tony Strublic) of Marinette. Gary is further survived by a sister, Mary Jane (Griff) Lindsay of Marinette; and a brother, James Raminger of Escanaba, Mich. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Natalie and their daughter, Angela Raminger; sisters: Carol Chaltry, Susan Philipps and Pamela Gunderson; cousin, Tom Bergstrom; and mother-in-law, Caroline (Carol) Beland.
Burial will be in the Spring of 2021 at Forest Home Cemetery.
