Joyce Elaine Davis, 72, of Menominee, Mich., passed away at her home on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020. She was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on Dec. 3, 1947, to the late John and Nina (King) Davis.
Joyce worked at Emerson Electric for most of her working career. Joyce loved visiting with her family and close friends. She spent many hours attending her grandsons’ sporting events and was especially proud of the young men they grew into.
Joyce is survived by her son, Eric (Amy) Davis; two grandchildren: Ty and Seth Davis; four sisters: Joan Tomek, Jean Taylor, Janice Davis and Judy Davis; her sister-in-law, Delores Davis; nieces and nephews; best friend, Mary Weigal; and other family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by an infant sister, Nora; and two brothers: John “Jack” Davis, and James Davis.
Due to ongoing health concerns, a private Celebration of Life will be held in her honor.
The Cadieu Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Joyce wanted it known that “I never owned a computer and would not know how to turn one on if I did.”
