Raymond Willard Marquardt, 81, of Coleman, Wis., passed away on September 11, 2020. He was born to the late Lawrence and Martha Marquardt on August 10, 1939.
Raymond graduated from Lena High School in 1957. After school, he started working at Graetz Manufacturing as a Machinist and worked there for over 40 years until he retired. He had a passion for fishing and snowmobiling. He enjoyed going to Porterfield Country Fest. He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Grover. He was a member of the Kum-along and Lena Snow Drifters.
He is survived by three brothers: Donald (Betty), Leslie (Pat) and Mike (Carol) Marquardt; two sisters: Loretta Patz and Eunice (Russell) Nasgovitz and many nieces and nephews.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Grover, WIs. on Wednesday, September 16, from 9 to 11 a.m. The service will be at 11 a.m., with Pastor Sargnt officiating. Raymond will be laid to rest at the Glenwood Memorial Garden in Marinette, Wis. following the service. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family.
The family would like to thank the Cottages at the Meadowlands in Oconto Falls and Pastor Sargent for their companionship and compassion over the years.
