MARINETTE — After weeks of training and data information transfers, the EagleHerald is rolling out a new subscriber management system. This new program has many upgraded features that will make it much easier and convenient for our customers to manage their subscription account.
Our new system invoices all subscribers in weekly increments. This represents a change from monthly billing, or cycle billing. Most subscribers will see the amount of their invoice change slightly. This does not represent a rate increase. The cost per issue has not increased, but the term of subscription has changed.
The design of the invoice has also been upgraded. Subscribers should see their first invoice approximately 45 days prior to the expiration date. A second notice will be sent approximately two weeks before the expiration date. We have also added the option of using a bank account or credit card for those customers opting for auto-pay. Those who take advantage of auto-pay will have their bank account or credit card charged on the 11th of each month. There is a form for this option on the back of the invoice.
