MARINETTE — Fincantieri Marinette Marine (FMM) offered support to local Marinette and Menominee communities by donating nearly 30,000 masks to area hospitals, cities and schools. Among the recipients are Marinette, Peshtigo and Menominee high schools, Marinette County Emergency Management, the City of Menominee, as well as Aurora BayCare Medical Center and Bellin Health.

“FMM appreciates the sacrifice and strength of all the heroic essential workers throughout these uncertain times,” said Jan Allman, CEO of Fincantieri Marinette Marine. “We are fortunate to have access to much-needed supplies, and are proud to help out our neighbors.”

Additionally, FMM has donated multiple other items to local organizations, including hand sanitizer, gloves and protective suits to promote CDC-recommended health and safety precautions.
