Green Bay man sentenced to prison
MARINETTE—A 55-year-old Green Bay man will serve time in prison for drug crimes.
Mathew B. Fentress was sentenced Monday in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 1 to 2 1/2 years in prison for a felony charge of possession of THC—second offense. The sentence is followed by two years extended supervision.
Charges of possession with intent to deliver THC—less than 200 grams (a felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed, but read in for sentencing.
The offense happened on June 19, 2020, and Fentress entered a no contest plea on Feb. 10.
