Felony sentences:

■ Johnathan A. Maxson, 34, Arvada, Colo., four years prison, three years extended supervision, aggravated battery. Charges of first degree reckless injury and disorderly conduct were dismissed. The offense date is Dec. 11, 2019. Maxson entered a no contest plea to the aggravated battery charge on June 10, 2021.

■ Wendell J. LaRock, 68, 826 Marinette Ave., Marinette, three years prison, five years extended supervision, burglary—room within building. A second charge of burglary—room within a building and a charge of theft—movable property less than $2,500 were dismissed. The offense date is July 29, 2020. LaRock enered a no contest plea on June 10, 2021.
