Marinette drug dealer sent to prison

MARINETTE—A Marinette man will serve time in prison for dealing drugs.

Jonathan C. Lofman, 32, 823 Parnell St., was sentenced Dec. 30 in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 2 to three years in prison followed by five years extended supervision for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine.

Lofman also was sentenced to one year in prison followed by one year extended supervision for bail jumping. Those sentences will run consecutive to the previous sentence.

Charges of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and two charges of possession of narcotic drugs were dismissed, but read in for sentencing.

The offense date for the crimes is Aug. 29 of this year.
