■ A deputy was advised to contact a subject in reference to a fraud complaint in Daggett Township at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 10. The caller stated he is renting his residence out and some of the checks he had been receiving from the residence have not been sufficient.
■ A deputy was advised at 12:36 p.m. Sept. 11 to contact a subject in Meyer Township in reference to her neighbor trespassing on her property. The caller stated the neighbor has been driving his ORV on her property and last year, she told him she wanted him off her property. Contact was made and the suspect was warned of criminal trespass.
■ A deputy was dispatched at 4:23 p.m. Sept. 11 to an address in Daggett Township for a report of a stolen vehicle. The caller stated that her van had been parked in her yard but had been stolen. The van was located a few days after being reported stolen.
■ The deputy was dispatched to a residence in Stephenson Township at 7:52 a.m. Sept. 13 for a report of malicious destruction of property. The caller stated he was woken up at about 4 a.m. from a vehicle revving but could not see anything at the time. Later, he observed ruts in his yard from where a pickup drove through. The caller stated the same thing happened two weeks prior.
■ A deputy was advised at 1:11 p.m. Sept. 14 to contact a subject in reference to a fraud complaint in Menominee Township. The caller stated that she had received a call from a collection agency and they advised her she owes money on a bill for an electric company. She said she gave the collection agency some personal information and an investigation was conducted.
■ A deputy was advised at 2:31 p.m. Sept. 14 to contact a subject in reference to a court order violation in Spalding Township. The caller stated she has a personal protection order against the suspect and she received two calls from people who had been asked by the suspect to get information on her. Contact was made by the suspect and he admitted that he had asked other people to call her to get information for him. A report was completed and sent to the prosecutor’s office for review and possible charges.
■ A deputy met with a subject at 3 p.m. Sept. 14 for a threat complaint that was being made in Stephenson Township. The caller stated he is being threatened and just wanted a report on file for future reference.
■ A deputy was dispatched to a one-vehicle traffic crash in Meyer Township at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 15. A vehicle driven by Tyler Goldswog, 18, Iron Mountain, was traveling on US-2 when he fell asleep and crossed the centerline before striking a mailbox in the opposite ditch, causing damage to his truck and the mailbox. No injuries were reported.
