■ A 16-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 8:02 a.m. Sept. 28 at 20th Avenue and 17th Street.

■ A 27-year-old man was cited for speeding at 2:36 p.m. Sept. 28 at 10th Street and 26th Avenue.

■ Officers investigated a report of an aggravated assault at 4:10 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 1300 block of 15th Avenue.

■ A 34-year-old woman was cited for illegally parking in a “no overnight parking” zone at midnight Sept. 29 in the 900 block of 1st Street.

■ Officers investigated a report of malicious damage to a camper window at 5:32 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 1000 block of 14th Avenue.

■ A 35-year-old man was arrested for 1st degree retail theft at 3:22 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 1400 block of 8th Avenue.

■ A 39-year-old woman was arrested on two bench warrants through the Menominee Police department, a bench warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s department, for felonious assault with a dangerous weapon and for domestic assault at 10:16 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 500 block of 5th Avenue.

■ A 13-year-old girl was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana at 12:49 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 2100 block of 18th Street.

■ A 62-year-old woman was cited for disregarding a stop sign at 8:34 a.m. Friday at 10th Avenue and 25th Street.

■ A 40-year-old woman was cited for disregarding a stop sign at 9:22 a.m. Friday at 10th Avenue and 25th Street.

■ A 53-year-old man was cited for disregarding a stop sign at 9:38 a.m. Friday at 10th Avenue and 25th Street.

■ A 21-year-old man was arrested on a 12-count felony warrant through the Forsyth Township Police Department at 2:25 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of 13th Street.

Marinette County Sheriff

■ A pickup driven by Blaise M. Hogan, 17, Wausaukee, swerved to avoid collision with an unknown pickup that had veered into Hogan’s lane, causing Hogan’s vehicle to enter the ditch and strike several trees at 7:31 p.m. Oct. 4 on Louisa Road in the Town of Stephenson.

■ An SUV driven by Michelle M. Bacher, 53, Menominee, collided with an SUV driven by Sara M. Girard, 35, Norway, Mich., at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 2 at the intersection of U.S. 141 and Highway 180 in the Village of Wausaukee. Bacher’s vehicle was attempting to turn left and was waiting for traffic to pass. Girard couldn’t slow down in time to avoid rear-ending Bacher’s vehicle.

■ A car driven by Cameron P. De Vore, 21, Wausaukee, struck a deer, lost control and struck a tree at 9:26 p.m. Oct. 1 on County Trunk G in the Town of Porterfield. De Vore was transported to Aurora Medical Center - Bay Area.

■ An SUV driven by Willard H. De Groff, 75, Wausaukee, struck a deer, which deployed the vehicle’s airbags and caused potential injury at 7:04 p.m. Oct. 1 on County trunk X in the Town of Middle Inlet. De Groff and a passenger, Theresa A. De Groff, 75, Wausaukee, were transported to aurora Medical Center - Bay Area.

■ An SUV driven by Sandra M. Fuller, 62, Peshtigo, collided with a car driven by Mary B. Daigneault, 59, 1545 Ludington Street No. 501, Marinette at 12:22 p.m. Thursday on County Trunk B in the Town of Peshtigo. Fuller’s vehicle attempted to cross the road, but crossed into Daigneault’s vehicle’s path.

■ An SUV driven by Aldin C. Danao, 60, Wausaukee, collided with a pickup driven by Edward L. Kaufman, 56, Athelstane, at 9:05 a.m. Oct. 1 on Highway 180 in the Town of Wausaukee. Danao’s vehicle was stopped at a stop sign and pulled out in front of Kaufman’s vehicle.

■ A pickup driven by Cole A. Wilz, 25, Wausaukee, entered the ditch, crossed the road into the opposite ditch and rolled several times at 11:56 p.m. Sept. 30 on Highway 180 in the Town of Wausaukee.

■ A car driven by Zackury J. Gardiepy, 25, Niagara, struck a fallen tree at 8:37 p.m. Sept. 30 on County Trunk O in the Town of Niagara.

■A car driven by Andrew J. Tessmer, 24, Menominee, rear-ended a semi driven by Dean J. Harbison, 47, Olney, Ill., at 7 a.m. Sept. 29 on U.S. 41 in the Town of Peshtigo. Harbison’s vehicle was attempting to turn left, and Tessmer looked away from the road for a short time.Marinette County Sheriff

■ A pickup driven by Scott P. Theno, 45, Green Bay, collided with a car driven by Jennie L. Dyer, 42, Menominee, and a pickup driven by Austin J. Dennis, 19, Peshtigo, at 11:14 p.m. Sept. 18 on Highway 64 in the Town of Peshtigo. Theno’s vehicle crossed center and Dyer’s pulled to the shoulder cautiously. Theno’s vehicle collided with Dennis’ head-on, and sideswiped Dyer’s. Theno was arrested for driving while intoxicated (6th offense).

■ A van driven by William F. Clatt, 63, Wausaukee, swerved for a deer and struck a tree at 11 p.m. Sept. 18 on Wayside Road in the Town of Middle Inlet.

■ A car driven by Marlee A. Runnoe, 21, Porterfield, failed to negotiate a curve, entered the ditch and hit several stumps and trees at 7:42 a.m. Sept. 17 on Twin Creek Road in the Town of Porterfield.

■ A motorcycle driven by Troy Kapalczynski, 44, Green Bay, struck a deer, throwing the driver from the vehicle at 8:50 p.m. Sept. 14 on Karen Drive in the Town of Stephenson. Kapalczynski was transported to Aurora Medical Center - Bay Area.
