■ Dominic Abdurahman was arrested for fleeing/eluding an officer, driving while intoxicated 2nd offense, resist/obstruct an officer, driving after revocation and failure to install IID at 2:27 p.m. Saturday at Marinette and Cleveland avenues.

■ Austin Shelley was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:53 a.m. Sunday at 1439 Main St.

■ John Price was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 9:19 p.m. Friday at 2121 Cleveland Ave.

■ Steven Liberty was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:12 p.m. Friday at Marinette Avenue and Bangs Street.

■ Brandon Soderberg was cited for possession of THC at 12:12 p.m. Saturday at Pierce Avenue and Golden Court.

■ Johnathan Smith Jr. and a 16-year-old Michigan female were cited for improper conduct with a motor vehicle at 2:14 p.m. Sunday at Pine Tree Mall, 2800 Roosevelt Road.

Menominee Police

■ A 35-year-old man was cited for larceny for the theft of a boat, motor and trailer at 1:23 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 1100 block of 26th Avenue.

■ An 18-year-old man was issued an appearance citation for malicious destruction of property and on a misdemeanor warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department at 9:28 a.m. Sept. 2 at 10th Avenue and 8th Street.

■ A 29-year-old man was arrested for possession of Suboxone and for driving without a driver’s license at 5 p.m. Sept. 2 at 10th Avenue and 13th Street.

■ Officers investigated a report of domestic assault at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 600 block of 44th Avenue.

■ Officers investigated a report of a hit-and-run accident which resulted in damage to a vehicle but no injuries at 6:53 p.m. Sept. 4 at 13th Street and 10th Avenue.

■ A 38-year-old man was cited for driving without insurance at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 4 at 35th Avenue and 10th Street.

■ Officers investigated a report of illegal dumping at a residence at 11:28 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 3200 block of 13th Street.

■ A 32-year-old man was cited for no driver’s license at 11:01 p.m. Sept. 5 at 13th Street and 46th Avenue.

Menominee County Sheriff

■ A deputy was dispatched at 5:23 a.m. July 4 to an area in Spalding Township for a possible intoxicated driver. Upon arriving at the scene, the vehicle was located and contact was made with its driver, Ally Rae, 20, Escanaba. Rae was arrested for driving while intoxicated, as well as cited for underage consumption.

■ A deputy was dispatched to an address on M-35 in Ingallston Township for a report of a hit and run at 9:04 p.m. July 4. The caller stated a vehicle pulled into her neighbor’s driveway and then when they backed out to leave, they ran over her mailbox, causing damage. The suspect, Casey Delfosse, 35, Oconto, Wis., was arrested a short time later in the City of Menominee. He was charged with failure to report a property damage accident by the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department and driving while intoxicated by the Menominee Police Department.

■ A deputy was dispatched at 2:13 p.m. July 5 on M-35 in Ingallston Township for an assault that had just occurred. The caller stated a man showed up at their campsite and started fighting with her family. She said the suspect left the campsite, but returned later and almost hit her with his truck. After an investigation, a 41-year-old Marinette man was arrested for assault and battery.

■ A deputy was dispatched to an address in Mellen Township at 9:47 a.m. July 7 for a report of a cat that had been killed by the neighbor’s dog. The caller stated he thought he heard something outside the night before when he got up, the cat was laying there and so was the collar from the neighbor’s dog. The caller did not want to pursue any charges, but he wanted the neighbor advised to keep his dog to his own property.

■ A deputy arrested a 24-year-old Amasa, Mich. woman at 10:30 a.m. July 8 on a valid in Dickinson County. The felony warrant was for controlled substance-possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic), less than 25 grams out of 95A District Court of Menominee.

■ A deputy was dispatched at 9:48 a.m. July 8 to a residence in Gourley Township for a report of a breaking and entering.

■ A deputy was dispatched to a park in Nadeau Township at 12:23 p.m. July 9 for a report of malicious destruction of property. The caller is the caretaker of the park and he advised that some picnic tables had been damaged and a four-wheeler had been in the pavilion.
